ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 26.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 26.09.2015, it is seen that on account of a quarrel ensued, while drawing water between the petitioner and one Usha. The said Usha sustained some injuries and a petty case has been registered against this petitioner. As a counter blast, this petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has given the present complaint dated 26.09.2015. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the complaint.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
