W.P.No.16148 of 2017 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to regularize the petitioner's service in the second respondent School with effect from the date of her initial appointment i.e. on 05.06.2000 and to grant her all attendant benefits consequent thereto. W.P.No.16149 of 2017 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to regularize the petitioner's service as BT Assistant in the second respondent School with effect from the date of her initial appointment i.e. on 02.06.2003 and to grant her all attendant benefits consequent thereto.

W.P.No.16150 of 2017 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to regularize the petitioner's service as BT Assistant in the second respondent School with effect from the date of her initial appointment i.e. on 14.06.2000 and to grant her all attendant benefits consequent thereto.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners sought to withdraw the writ petitions and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.17444 to 17447 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
