PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to withdraw the M.C.No30 of 2022 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate court, Tambaram and transfer the same to the file of the Hon'ble Vth Additional Family Court Chennai and tried simultaneously along with O.P.Nos 1108 of 2019 and 2286 of 2019 which is pending before the Vth Additional Family Court Chennai on its file.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 2.
