(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.This Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to extend the leave granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4804 of 2020 in H.C.P.No.750 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 by a further period of 25 days from 01.09.2020 to 25.09.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the fact of the case, the Leave already granted by order dated 07.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.4804 of 2020 in H.C.P.No.750 of 2020, is extended till 03.09.2020. The detenu shall surrender before the concerned Prison on 03.09.2020 at 5 pm and he shall comply with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court, if any.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered. Post the matter for reporting compliance on 03.09.2020.
