Heard Mr. S.Lakshmipathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) for the Respondent.

2. Mr. S.Lakshmipathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the criminal revision petition.

3. Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the Respondent has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. As the reason appears in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition appears to be justified and convincing, this court is satisfied to order the condone delay petition. Accordingly, the delay of 15 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.
