Nagar, Mercheri Village, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District.

ORDER

Mr.Digvijayapandian, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.In respect of joint patta the petitioner made a representation on 04.04.2015 to the respondents to sub-divide the joint patta No.895 and to give separate patta in respect of the petitioner land comprised in S.No.645/7 of an extent of 1237.12 sq.ft (115.00 S.M), M.S.Nagar, Mecheri Village, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District. As the said representation has not been looked into, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2015, without going into a merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the other parties, if any aggrieved, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (or) within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner enclosing the copy of the said representation. No costs.
