Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Cheyyar to the Family Court at Chennai for disposal in accordance with law.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the HMOP.No.46 of 2014, pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Cheyyar to the Family Court at Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2014, pending on the file of Sub Court, Cheyyar was already disposed of,by an order dated 20.08.2015. He has also produced the copy of the Judgment and Decree passed in HMOP.No.46 of 2014 to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the relief sought for in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
