ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body and person of the detenu, the petitioner's wife namely Anitha, aged about 30 years, before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent herein and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Today, both the petitioner and the detenue are present before this Court.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has rejoined the petitioner and the said factum has been acknowledged by the petitioner and the detenue. 4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
