ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction, directing the 2nd respondent to provide police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2020.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner/defacto complainant as well as the counter parties, the FIR has been registered in Crime No.214 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 160,182 of IPC against the petitioner as well as the counter parties and it is pending for investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Under the Circumstances, the police protection sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
