O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner, while putting up fence around his land viz., measuring an extent of 2 acres and 57 cents situated at Yal Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of 2 acres and 57 cents of land in Yal Village, Sankarapuram Taluk and that one Krishnan and one Ganesan are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property and prevented the petitioner to put up fence. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking police protection.

3. It is seen that the said Krishnan and Ganesan have not impleaded as the parties / respondents in this petition. That apart, blanket direction for police protection cannot be granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy. Hence, this petition is closed.
