ORDER

Admittedly, an original application in O.A.No.11 of 2013 was filed under Section 64(1) of the Hindu Religious & charitable Endowments Act, 1959 before the second respondent and as the same is still pending, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.As there is no dispute with the facts regarding pendency of the application, which is pending from 2013 onwards, a direction is issued to the second respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
