This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 131 days in filing the main Civil Revision Petition. 2.

Heard, Mr. R. Thiagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. S. Muthuraman, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Since the delay is not too huge and the main issue in the Civil Revision Petition can be given a quietus if the main Revision is heard, hence this Court is of the view that, since there is mere delay of 131 days, the issue raised in the main Revision cannot be closed at the very threshold, without considering the same on merits. In that view of the matter, the delay can be condoned. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 5.
