JUDGMENT

This appeal is filed by the claimant challenging the dismissal of his claim petition filed before the Tribunal for his injuries sustained in the accident that occurred on 10.04.2012.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen that despite several opportunities, the appellant/claimant did not take any effective steps to serve notice on the second respondent/Insurance Company. The appeal is of the year 2018 and the appellant/claimant is not showing any interest to conduct the appeal.

In view of the above, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
