This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Flower

Bazaar Police Station, Chennai on everyday at 10.30 AM until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5233 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 5 (b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5233 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .
