: Respondents Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an Ad Interim Injunction as against the Respondents 1,2,3,4 and 6 restraining them from releasing the Telugu film "Maharshi"with star cast of the lead hero Sri Mahesh Babu, the Fourth Respondent herein and directed by the Third Respondent herein in any form on 09.05.2019 or on any other date till the disposal of the Arbitral Proceedings.

This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Heard, Mr.S.Elambharathi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr.Adithya Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, issue has been settled between the parties, therefore he wants to withdraw these applications and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made in the court bundle, these applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
