O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction and pay the petitioner the Family Pension Amount from 01.09.2017 and continue to pay the Family Pension amount every month and to pay one time arrears with interest at the rate so stipulated by this Court.

Though so many grounds have been raised in the Writ Petition, today, when the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have started https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

paying Family Pension to the petitioner from November, 2017 onwards, but the petitioner's husband died on 28.08.2016. 3.

Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of Family Pension to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs.
