Pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 08.01.2007 executed in his favour, the petitioner made several representations seeking to survey the land. The petitioner has also obtained consent letter dated 24.06.2015 from his brother, apart from paying the requisite fee on the same day. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider the representations made by the petitioner right from 24.06.2008 till 24.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.1 to hear any third party, if so required.
