ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in respect of Crime No.557 of 2017 within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.557 of 2017 on 09.02.2017 for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC.

3.The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.557 of 2017 within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
