ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of 15 days for surrender and furnishing the sureties, as per the order passed by this court on 13.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5780 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, due to the pandemic situation, the petitioner is unable to execute the bail bond in time and arrange surety hence prayed to extend the time for a further period of 15 days to comply the bail conditions, as imposed by this court.

3. Inview of the above submission, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner from the date of lifting the lockdown and the commencement of the Court's normal functioning to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5780 of 2020 on 13.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
