JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed against the order dated 20.04.2024 in M.A.No.(unnumbered) of 2023 in Arb.Case No.9 of 2023, arising out of Arb.O.P.(Comm.Div.) No.302 of 2023, passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for appellant submitted that the appellant is now willing to accept the award passed by the learned Arbitrator and sought for liberty to work out the remedy by way of filing a civil suit.

The request made by the learned counsel for appellant is granted and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
