(CR.NO.679 OF 2011) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition shall appear before Learned III Additional District Judge, Salem Every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated 18.01.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.8788 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.748 of 2020 in Cr.No.679 of 2011 and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No. 8788 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.748 of 2020 on 18.01.2021 to appear before the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem, every Monday at 1030 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
