O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation concerned in Crime No.173 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent to the file of third respondent or any other competent investigation agency and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.173 of 2022, pending on the file of the second respondent police, has been enquired and the same was closed as 'further

action dropped'. The closure report has also been filed before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. The petitioner also served with Refer Charge Sheet. On receipt of the same, the petitioner filed a protest petition, however, the same was dismissed. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.
