The present application has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to induct the applicant as one of the Honorary Secretary of the clubs viz Eccentrics Cricket Club and Egmore Excelsiors till the disposal of the present suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would seek permission of this Court to withdraw present application with liberty to file an appropriate application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, liberty is granted to the applicant to file an appropriate application and accordingly, application stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
