2. On consideration of the submission made, paragraph 7 of the earlier order of this Court dated 10.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.33494 of 2016, shall be deleted and stand substituted as follows:-

7. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 05.03.2014 passed by the second respondent, is hereby quashed. The second respondent shall pass appropriate orders, notionally regularizing the services of the petitioner herein, on completion of 10 years of service, without reference to G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 27.06.2013 and thereby, extend all the service and monetary benefits. Such orders shall be passed atleast within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. All other findings and observations made in the earlier order dated 10.02.2023, shall remain intact.
