This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1476 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28687 of 2023, dated 12.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court Crl.M.P.No.1476 of in Crl.O.P.No.28687 of 2023, dated 12.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
