Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner a sum of Rs.42,404/- towards difference in Gratuity; a sum of Rs.17,579/- towards difference in commuted value of pension; a sum of Rs.7,560/- towards difference in earned leave salary and the arrears of difference in pension from 01.07.2014 to 31.05.2018 and also to pay the petitioner the revised dearness allowance w.e.f. 01.01.2016 as revised from time to time with arrears and other consequential benefits, with interest at the rate of 12% per annum for all the benefits, award costs. However, if any, grievances exist regarding calculation or otherwise, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Authorities.
