Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the fourth respondent to give Transfer Certificate and return all the original educational certificates of the petitioner and repay the admission fee of Rs.4,32,500/- to the petitioner so as to

enable the petitioner to apply for the admission during the next academic year 2013-2014 without any deduction and without insisting any further payment by the petitioner to the 4th respondent, within a stipulated time frame.
