B.Ed. Qualification in the light of the orders passed in the case similarly placed Teacher Mr.R.Velu in W.P. No.7835/ 2008 and the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka. No.1395/ A1/2011 dated 16.10.2012 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time limit to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner submitted an application for payment of incentive increments on account of her possession of B.Sc., and B.Ed., qualification. Since the said representation was not taken up by the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.11.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
