ORDER

The petitioner/wife has come before this court seeking transfer of HMOP No.303 of 2014 pending on the file Subordinate Judge, Tambaram and to transfer the same to the Court of Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram for joint trial alongwith HMOP No.94 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Heard the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for transferring HMOP No.303 of 2014 pending on the file Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to the Court of Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram for joint trial alongwith HMOP No.94 of 2014.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is directed to forward the case bundles to the Court of Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram. The learned Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
