No.762/2013-1/A1, Se.Mu.Na.Ka. No. 762/2013-2/A1, Se.Mu.Na.Ka. No. 762/2013-3/A1, Se.Mu.Na.Ka. No. 762/2013-4/A1 respectively dated 07.10.2014 and quash the same. For petitioner :Mr. J.Lakshminarayanan(in all petitions) For Respondents :Mr.P.SanjayGandhi (in all petitions) Additional Government Pleader for R1 and R2 COMMON ORDER Challenging the orders dated 07.10.2014 passed by the first respondent, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tried to make his submission on merits.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the impugned orders have been given effect to. 4.This Court will not go into the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, as the case is appealable in nature. writ petitions are disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal(s), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Appellate Authority shall decide the said appeal, on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible. Registry is directed to return all the original documents to the petitioner, as the petitioner has to file appeal(s) against the impugned orders. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
