(CRIME NO.214 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition No.6(B) i.e. the Petitioner shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court on 05.05.2022 in Crl.OP.No.10543 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10543 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 to appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate - 1, Thiruvallur daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
