ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report relating to Crime No.2 of 2018 forthwith. 2.It is seen that the FIR itself has been registered on 02.01.2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 323, 506(i) and 380 of IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complainant did not appear before the respondent police for assisting in the investigation. Hence, the complainant is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate in the investigation. expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
