The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.225 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. . The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused had theft 14 cows, which belongs to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would also submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he will abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court. Therefore, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that petitioner along with other accused had theft 14 cows, which belongs to the defacto complainant and the same were not recovered. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, and it needs detail investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.04.2024 kv 2/3
