It is seen from records that notice is yet to be served on the 6th respondent. Since the petitioners have challenged the layout approval granted to the 6th respondent also, no orders can be passed without hearing the 6th respondent. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned counsel for the petitioners to take notice to the 6th respondent, returnable by 21.10.2021. Private notice is also permitted. 2.It is also seen from records that the 1st respondent, 4th respondent and the 5th respondent have filed counter affidavits. The petitioners have also filed a rejoinder. Since the approval was given by the 2nd and 3rd respondents, their stand must be considered and hence, they must file a counter affidavit. No counter affidavit has been filed till date.

Hence, there shall be a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to file counter affidavit before the next date of hearing. A copy of the same shall be served on the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th and 5th respondents in advance. 3.The Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.S.Diwakar and A.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent. The Registry is also directed the print the name of Mr.A.Selvendiran, learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the http://www.judis.nic.in 3rd respondent.

ssr 4.It is made clear that since the writ petition pertains to the year 2017, this Court will take up the case for final hearing and the learned counsel appearing on either side shall get ready for the same. 5.Post this case on 21.10.2021.
