The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is hailing from Madhya Pradesh and since the Trial Court had not accepted the petitioner's brother son as one of the blood surety, he was unable to execute the blood sureties in time. He also submitted that the petitioner is now ready with the blood surety and sought for extension of time. 3.

Heard the Public Prosecutor (Puducherry).

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to comply with the condition of execution of sureties and bond imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.441 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.
