The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that negotiation is going on between the accused and the defacto complainant, for amicably settling the issues. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file a fresh application, if the matter is not settled amicably with the defacto complainant. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
