(CRIME NO.135/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vaniyambadi and report before Vaniyambadi Town Police station daily at 10.30am.in Crl OP.No.7427 of 2022 by extension order dated 25.04.2022 in Crime No.135 of 2022 on the file of the respondent and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KUMARA DEVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7427 of 2022 on 31.03.2022 to report before the Vaniyambadi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed.
