This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6075 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026 to stay at Erode and sign before the Thindal Police Station daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6075 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
