ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The detenu - R.Chitra has been secured and produced before this court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that both the detenue and the petitioner are living together. On enquiry, she has informed us that she is willing to go with the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention and this Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly closed setting the detenue at liberty.
