This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.22/2015, pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Villupuram to the Judge, Family Court, Pondicherry.

2. Informing much inconvenience the petitioner who is residing at Pondicherry alongwith a three year old child, has sought transfer of proceedings moved by the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.22/2015 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Villupuram to Family Court Pondicherry.

3. The respondent stands served but none appears on his behalf. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This court is of the view that inconvenience to the petitioner as also her child may be avoided by allowing the present petition. Accordingly, this court directs that H.M.O.P.No.22/2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Villupuram, to be transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Puducherry. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
