This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, (i). To direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner under a guide of complaint and pass order. (ii). Grant and interim direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to take any coercive steps or

O R D E R
The petitioner herein is a Resolution Professional being aggrieved by the repeated complaint given by the 2nd respondent is before this Court invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking protection from coercive action by the 1st respondent. On hearing, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and perusing the petition, this Court finds that the petitioner herein been subjected to complaints by 2nd respondent and therefore, he want a blanket order that, no coercive action should be taken against him.
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would fairly submit that based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, C.S.R.No.154 of 2019 was registered and after enquiry, it was closed by report dated 22.08.2019 and thereafter, they have not received any complaint from 2nd respondent and we have not called the petitioner herein for any enquiry.
3. Recording the same, this Court finds that at this length of time and after closure of C.S.R as early as 22.08.2019, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
