ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 24.06.2016, to investigate the same and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 24.06.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
