This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 29.09.2015 given by the petitioner before the third respondent and that, summons were issued to the petitioner but he did not appear.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent is also directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
