The instant writ petition is directed against the order dated 02.01.2009 passed by the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Hosur Housing Unit, Bagalur Road, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and for directing the first respondent to cancel the sale deed dated 27.09.2007 executed by the first respondent in favour of the second respondent herein in respect of Hosur Neighborhood scheme area bearing MIG Plot No.6, bearing S.No.354/3C3 part, Hosur Village and Taluk.

2.The record of proceedings says that the notice was issued on 30.04.2009. Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.12.2010 and was adjourned by two weeks, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The writ petition thereafter, listed on 11.08.2018, the matter was adjourned on 17.08.2018.
3.Since the matter did not reach on 17.08.2018, the matter was came up for hearing today (i.e.) 24.08.2018, when the matter was called out and passed over, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. When the matter was came up for hearing at the end of the list, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
4.The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
