Minor Of R.Vijay Akash v. R.Pachaiyammal

The petitioner has sought for legal guardianship of a minor child who was born on 22.07.2003. The petitioner has also filed the Birth Certificate of the minor child namely R.Vijay Akash.

As seen from the Birth Certificate, R.Vijay Akash was born on 22.07.2003 and hence, on 22.07.2021, the minor child would have reached the age of 18 years and would have become a major. Since the minor child has attained the age of majority, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
