direction to the petitioners to lodge the complaint by any one representing them. As and when such complaint is lodged by any of the petitioners herein, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and take further action in accordance with law, by registering a crime, if cognizable offence is made out, by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013
(4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
