ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 20.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint dated 20.04.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.07.2016, due to non-co-operation of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the Police.

5. Recording his submission, the petition is re-opened and the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent-police and co-operate with the enquiry. The third respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
