This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2013 dated 28.01.2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch II Team - I, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On instruction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.3/2013 is almost completed and he further submitted that if two months time is granted by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
