O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife. She has filed the present transfer petition to transfer the HMOP.No.40 of 2013 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has got no objection to allow this transfer petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
