The 2nd respondent has been served and affidavit of service has been filed in AOS SR No.24078 of 2024. There is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 593 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 593 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for the 1st respondent at the time of admission.
